50+ Keep Fit
Low Impact Aerobics for 50 plus.
This class is a great way to have fun while you keep fit and banish all the wobbly bits! You will also have a lot of fun and make new friends!
Our tutor Samantha Anderson has been working in the health and fitness industry for over seven years. She qualified as a personal trainer and group class instructor back in 2012 and since then she has been teaching many different fitness classes. Samantha has also been practicing yoga for many years and has recently become a qualified yoga teacher, teaching various classes throughout the local area.
She is very passionate about the importance of health and well-being, and enjoys sharing her passion with her students in class.
Classes are open to all over 50 and run at gentle pace, building up heat and finishing with some gentle stretches.
